Privacy policy

We don't like privacy policies written as a wall of legalese no one reads. Lianbao is a static site with no member system, submission forms, or member database. Browsing still produces connection and analytics data, and this page explains how those are handled.

What we don't do

• We don't ask you to register, log in, or leave a name, phone number, or address.
• There is no form asking you to submit contact details such as your name, phone number, or address.
• We do not use a third-party advertising network or advertising pixels.
• We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), as described in the cookie section below.
• We don't sell or trade any data about you.

To put it plainly: even if you wanted us to "delete your account," there's no account to delete, because we never created one in the first place.

Third parties that touch connection data

To keep the site fast and secure, we use a couple of third-party services. For the technical purpose of providing that service, they touch some connection-level information (mainly your IP address). This is how the web works — it isn't us collecting data:

• Cloudflare (content delivery and protection). This site is served through Cloudflare to speed it up and block malicious traffic. In delivering pages to you and filtering attacks, it handles your connection IP and basic request information. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies.
• Google Fonts (web fonts). This site uses fonts from Google Fonts; when your browser loads them, it makes a request to Google's servers, and that request lets Google see your IP address. Google's own privacy policy applies.

About cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand page visits and interactions, along with statistics about devices, browsers, and approximate regions. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies, and the related data is processed by Google. You can manage or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use content blocking to stop the analytics script. This site does not use a third-party advertising network.

After you click an invite link

When you click a Binance link or invite code on this site, you're taken to Binance's website. Once you leave Lianbao, your browsing and data are handled by Binance under its own privacy policy and terms, separate from this site's policy. Details you submit during registration are processed by Binance and are not handled by this site.

Your rights

We respect your rights over your personal data, including rights to access, correct, and delete granted under laws such as the EU's GDPR. This site has no member account or personal profile submitted through a form. GA4 data is processed by Google; you can manage its cookies in your browser or block the analytics script. If you have a privacy concern, or want to confirm whether we hold any data about you, email [email protected] and we'll answer truthfully.

Updates to this policy

If we change our data practices in future, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. It's worth checking back occasionally.
