- Report a content error. If you think a guide got something wrong, a number's out of date, or a step no longer matches the current Binance interface, tell us which page and which part — we'll check and fix it. Confirmed changes go on the corrections page.
- Report a broken link. Hit a link that won't open or sends you to the wrong place? Pasting us the URL is the fastest way.
- Partnerships. For content collaboration, guest posts, or republishing permission, email us with what you have in mind.
- Anything else. Stuck on a step, or want to suggest a topic we should cover? Go ahead and tell us.
Response times (honestly)
We're not a live support desk, and this site isn't run by a full-time team. Email usually gets a reply within a few business days; when things are busy it can take a bit longer, so please don't rush to resend. To help us help you faster, include the URL of the relevant page and a description of what you ran into.
One last reminder: we will never DM you first, never ask for your password or seed phrase, and never ask you to transfer funds to some address. Anyone claiming to be "Lianbao support" and asking for those is a fake — just ignore them. For common scam tactics, see our scam-defense guide.
